For all those saying Tomlin should be fired, who would be better?

Now I'm not saying He isn't helping make up the game plan, but don't go by what Shady said then....next time You watch KC.....You tell Me who is calling the plays....it's clear as day.

You want to go through the last 25 hired and think you can find the correct algorithm

Keeping in mind 50 percent of your data sample will get fired in a few years

It's not about calling plays here it is about understanding your players , game planning and play design everything that he does. If people think he just stands around and does nothing that is their issue... And no I won't take a disgruntled players word over a coach like Reid that has nothing but high praise for Eric's offensive mind.

Also Shady is not the only ex KC player who has said this.

 

OMG I don't care about players that don't like being told that they aren't getting the job done or they are getting passed by... Even Reid said those players have a hard time excepting a coach being honest about their ability or lack of. We can agree to disagree agree about Eric but I would take his ability to game plan and call a game for the Steelers over Tomlin or Canada.

There are way too many options here! The important part here is change. What is important? To me, bringing in a guy that is; hungry, can delegate, builds a good roster, is a good game manager but!!!!! The best HCs surround themselves with great Asst. Coaches/Coordinators. They're not afraid of being "overshadowed". They invite competition and are confident in their own abilities.

The problem this current staff has is complacency. Sitting on your hands, doing the same things and expecting a different result, which is lazy and the definition of insanity! There are candidates all over the country (at all levels) that can manage this job. The owners just need to take a chance if they want to improve this team.

 

Those people questioning Andy Reid's abilities, are way out there! Guy is a HOF coach and I'd say that far more people would talk about him in the highest regards, than otherwise!

I would take Andy Reid in a heartbeat! But that would be impossible.

 

Winning team, you said it and Eric is a large part of that winning with what he does on a daily basis. He is a nonsense coach that will be honest with players and hold them accountable. See disgruntled Shady

 

I agree.
Reid has always made most average Qbs look good, Good Qbs look great , and great Qbs look awesome....even before Bieniemy was ever even thought about as a coach.
Although Reid has only won one SB, and that was only with Patrick Mahomes.
Most Qbs best careers are when they are under Reids coaching.
