what I mean, is that yes, Tomlin needs to go. As to 'who should replace him', that is an open discussion. Let's go thru and look at the last 25 HC's hired, see their pedigree, etc. Give me the GM role and I am happy to dive in!

Once upon a time McDermott and McVay weren't considered top coaching options, at least not among fans. I'm sure GM's knew all about them. Most fans don't have the knowledge or information to make educated decisions. It's completely unfair to ask fans who would be better. There are a lot of options out there that we aren't aware of. There's also the fact that some coaches may not want to leave their current situation.

I think there are many coaches better than Tomlin though. I've always thought he was overrated

Why Bieniemy....I've heard, and seen He doesn't do anything in KC.....Hell even Shady M....Said A. Reid was the actual OC over there, and He played there.

Eric Bienemy. The game has passed the entire current staff by. I have a lot of respect for Coach Tomlin but i think it's about time.

 

I would bring in Bryan Harsin ASAP to kick the tires on replacing Canada. I wanted him to come after Haley left.

When Harsin was at Boise i thought he was the best great OC in college
