Kenny will face an extra fierce pass rush this weekend

Eagles just traded for Robert Quinn...great pass rusher with 102 career sacks, including 18.5 sacks in 2021.

 

It was already very good.

 

The Eagles did go out and 'make that move to get them over the top'
They will win that division.

Eagles were scared of Steeler OL and this is a desperate move for them to prepare for Canada’s offense!

 

Eagles are obviously going all in to win another Super Bowl this year. At 6-0. soon to be 7-0 who can blame them?

 

Kenny will have faced the 2 best teams in the league (Bills and Eagles) going into the bye. This should help him later in the season when he goes up against the Saints, Falcons, Panthers, Colts, Raiders and the division teams.

Agreed. They’re by far the best team in the NFC though. Crazy how weak that conference is right now.

 

Probably would have had won the division before the deal, this puts them in SB contention.

 

They still have to worry about the cowgirls. If Dak plays well they will be a favorite in the nfc with that defense.

The deal with the Eagles is not the QB... he's a bit overrated.
He's got Devonte Smith and AJ Brown to throw to, even Tim Tebow could look all-pro with those guys.

And one thing Hurts can do is run..

And they are playing solid defense.
In the NFC, I don't see anyone that has that. I agree, this signing puts them in the SB category for sure.
But Kansas City and Buffalo can match them. That where Hurts is the worst of the 3 and those defenses can get after him.

I seem to remember the Steelers were 6-0 a few seasons back. You might have missed that though Benny, because you didn’t seem to be around much during that win streak for some reason…

They didn't need Quinn to be a solid defense just adding for some better pass rush.
Hargraves who we let slip away is playing solid and another name that was mentioned for a trade last season Fletcher Cox is still going strong.
They are not even playing Jorden Davis that much he is #2 behind Cox!

This game I want to see just like every other one going forward the offense making progress and Pickett getting more comfortable. The downside is they still have a middle school play caller and a head coach who is not ready to make a change.

The Eagles are just a great team. Buffalo level of good. We are going to have to play a near perfect game to have a chance to win in the 4th quarter in this one.

 

This would be a MUCH more unlikely win. Defense will have to play great and KP will have to ball out as well just to have a chance in the 4th. I don't love our chances, but if the defense holds them in the 20's and KP can put together some drives for us to be competitive I will be pretty happy.

 

At least AMC is running their fear fest marathon on Sunday.

 

Or... Eagles could lay an egg and have a flat game. It happens. The stars could be aligned for Steelers to finally win in Philly since the 1960's. Bills would destroy the Eagles if they play in the Super Bowl.
