Jus let the kid play, if he is the future, he needs reps, losses, ints, bad reads etc. startn to sound like philly with Jalen, they gotta play, gunna take time, its not plug n play, heez the guy, we are not goin anywhere anytime soon, better figgerout the coaches first! Jus sayin!

 

Our playoff hopes shrunk when we lost to NY Jets and Patriots. We have better roster than both of these teams.

 

You need better talent and coaching for that. They need a solid draft on the high end. And to get rid of Canada. Obviously.

 

So they activated TJ, let Calvin Austin's time expire and are hoping Kazee can play this week. So it appears the staff isn't calling it a season but aren't expecting a miracle run either. If TJ plays Sunday I think it will point to Tomlin wanting to bite kick scratch and claw his way until the final whistle.

IMO.....Everyone is paid to play, and Coach.....So no matter the record.....They should always bite,kick, scratch, and claw until the final whistle. Should be no other mentality.

 

I agree and think the whole damn staff needs to be sacked. However, to be fair, I was surprised to see our defense adjust, or do whatever they did, to stop the bleeding that Miami's O was doing to us in the 1st qtr. Looked like Bills 2.0. Something happened and it actually may have been on purpose (which appears to be in game adjustment). Too bad our DBs have hands of stone). Hard to believe, but that is what it looked like. JMO>

 

There were lots of D adjustments from after the 1st quarter.

 

I think many thought Ben hasn't been playing like a HOF QB for a while and was actually holding us back. Many thought MT would do more than Ben would in Canada's offense, whatever that is. Many thought KP was better than MT and ended up becoming our starter and now those same many have concerns about KP. In other words, you're right. JMO>

 

It's called the double secret reverse phycology for the pessimistic and easily stressed. I myself am a former addict and recovering from it. JK>

 

I think it was going to be a tough season to begin with. The offensive line patched together with not exactly high end talent but average. Canada's offense is just not an NFL offense you can't ignore the center of the field and not have every DC figure out they only have to protect the outside. Bush is playing better but not even close to what you expect from a #10 pick. I was hoping Tuitt would return and Alualu would be the rock in the middle he used to be, well none of that happened. Edmunds is playing the best football of his career maybe he has risen from average to better than average. I expected a big season from Highsmith and it looked that way in game one but once TJ went down and Highsmith started seeing more protection his way he is good but not elite to beat double teams. If TJ comes back and KP progresses they could win a few more games but its as good as over.
I'll still watch and hope they win every game and curse every missed tackle or bad play call . Then next year after we draft 5 or 6 future HOF'rs I'll be all in again.
