Yea that’s the thing that doesn’t leave me much room for optimism is that nothing changes under Tomlin. They do the same things week in and week out and think their way is the right way and things will just magically fix themselves and it just doesn’t work that way. I don’t have any confidence in Tomlin or for that matter Art Rooney to address the main problems on this team.

Have you noticed that the people who predict the most doom and gloom are also the people who seem to be the most upset that the doom and gloom is happening?

Steelers won’t win more than 4-5 games this year. Let TJ get completely heathland and try to find somewhat of an offensive scheme. But it won’t be with Canada. These players just don’t fit his scheme at all and it doesn’t work in the NFL. Find a West Coast offensive and watch coach and these guys thrive.

You are gonna have to address Oline, Dline, LB and CB heavily in the draft.

The Steelers after the bye play 4 out of their first 6 games against these Quarterbacks Andy Dalton/Jameis Winston, Sam Ehlinger, Marcus Mariotta, and PJ Walker with Joe Burrow and Lamar Jackson mixed in those other 2 games. So I think they are gonna win some games after the bye week and even if they lose in Philly on Sunday and drop to 2-6 it won’t be surprise me if they win 5 of those 6 games after the bye week I just talked about and they are sitting here at 7-7 on Christmas Eve for that game with the Raiders and still in the division race.

If you look at the Steelers losses.

If you basically throw aside the Buffalo butt whoopping. They were all winnable.

    yes

it was over almost before it started. i had us at 9 wins in a great year, 6 in a bad. Did not factor in the Watt loss, cannot win w/o him.

A fact I brought up about two years ago , and got laugh at. Example: If You predicted us to go 4- 13....why are You complaining....it's what You thought.....I said 9- 7-1 ....so I'm about to get upset. LoL :lolol:

Unfortunately the young are a me first what have you done for me today population

And with regard to the older long time fans some of them are poorly educated

    Sone fans are just A$$Holes

Me for example my wife and my hand full of friends are free to remind me I fit that category

But we are educated and do our homework

I don't think they are poorly educated....I just think they have a problem with thinking on their own, and therefore follow a more mob mentality....so if most of numbers say it....therefore it must be true type of thinking.

    The latter.
Anyone(almost anyone)can learn something parrot fashion, but not everyone can jump formula to get the answer, or figure it out on their own.

I know right. These guys will argue with you and tell you how bad the Steelers are and then when they are that bad they seem to be upset about it. Makes no sense.

If they get a top 3 pick take the best LT available, or if a team wants to trade up to get a QB then they should consider it.

The season is over as far as the playoffs are concerned, but the main thing is you want to see some progression from Pickett. If guys like Watt and Kazee return, they might end the season with 7-8 wins.

Most likely you are correct but if Kenny doesn’t show improvement it could be interesting.

Even if I predict the Steelers to suck before the season I still want them to win every game. I can’t stand Tomlin and certain aspects of this organization but I’m still from the city and would never root for another team so I’m not happy about being right.

It`s not over for me. I`m hoping to see Kenny play like a top 10 or better QB before the season is over. I`m also thinking we will win more games than we lose after Watt comes back.

Just want to see something that lets me know next year can be taken seriously.
