    Umm...

Terrell Edmunds games against Detroit, Baltimore, Denver and Tennessee a season agao were just as impressive as today. If anything, Terrell's best game still was against Jacksonville in 2020.

He did have a td. The opening drive was a swing pass to Harris for a td

This was probably, the greatest game I have seen from a redemption by a lot of players and some coaches.

    1. Chase Claypool- This is what we needed to see from him, its been a long time coming.
    2. Devin Bush- Big stop on the 2 pt conversion.
    3. James Pierre- We once thought we had a guy in him, then he went back wards quick, but he played a solid game
    4. Chris Wormley-Often thought of a just a body, he made a big stop in short yardage.
    5. Conner Heyward- I think a lot of fans didn't like this pick, because many thought it was just because he's Cam's brother etc.
    But he proved his worth.
    6. Mitch Trubisky- Probably more than any, many fans wrote Mitch off into the sunset. But, he came in and didn't play scared and probably played his best football in a Steelers uniform, was pretty amazing how many 3rd and longs he got the Steelers out of, especially that disaster of snap play.
    7. Mike Tomlin- Dealing with a lot of practice squad to 3rd and 2nd string players in the secondary. He got the guys to show up and perform to the best of their ability, I think most fans (including myself) and lost written all over this game before it even started. Tip of cap to Tomlin aside from handing Tampa 3 points before half time, should of run the ball 3 times and ran the clock out and took a 10-6 lead into the locker room. Aside from that I'll give Tomlin and Austin credit in this one.

Clearly, you missed much of the game. Ogunjobi was a beast. Every highlight package had the play from the Steeles' one that he blew up the run in the backfield. The interior linemen were in Brady's face most of the game. That has always been the best way to beat him, to get pressure inside.

Edmunds was very good Sunday, but I don't think they had him in man coverage much. That is where he really struggles. It also helps that they were playing the Bucs, not the Bills.

He made one nice play and had another ball thrown right to him by a terrible quarterback in that Jacksonville game. It was one of those games that fooled people into thinking he was some big playmaker, which he is not.

Yesterday was Edmunds at his best, making the solid, physical plays consistently throughout. I'd be very happy if we saw that guy more often, but he just doesn't show up consistently.

@JAD@JAD Did you mean to push the disagree button on this? You do know that Kenny did have one TD, right?

He was getting booed by impatient Steeler fans. Aren't we glad now that the Steelers started with Trubisky so that he had game experience working with the first team when he needed to come in yesterday for Pickett? I still believe you go with Pickett from now on as he has way more potential but was glad to see Trubisky come in and help get us the win.

You don't think Larry busting into the backfield and swallowing Fournette is a good play?

Trubisky played all of his starts like he was auditioning for his next starting gig or backup job. He didn't want to be that running QB that the Bears took and ended up being a dud. He was trying to be the low risk pocket passer that everyone wants and unfortunately that isn't his game and it was why they went to Pickett for a spark. The Mitch we saw in the 4th quarter was Mitch from Chicago. He played with reckless abandon. He dove head first for the sticks. He took off running and actually went forward instead of sideways waiting for a player to open up. He threw into the middle and let guys make a play. Bottom line no pressure so he just let loose and played.

Yeah my mistake, but I guess my point was Pickett was struggling second half. We should have definitely scored a TD off the Kick return.

Would have been nice, but there are 11 people on the other side trying to prevent that from happening. Be happy with every point scored

Maybe Canada has a plate in his head! His offense surely resembles someone who does, then maybe i could understand! NOT!

I don't see a qb controversy. They went with the Rookie and need to stay the course, unless he really starts making terrific gaffes. Mitch did good, but you can't just go with the hot hand in one quarter. Likely gets the start against the Dolphins. Hope it goes well.

Plus, Raiders were known for putting in Blanda to come in and try to save the day, which he wasn't bad at doing. Not bad for a punter too.

I didn't see anything but the highlights from one video. No doubt I missed a lot of plays. There are several different highlight videos out there from that game currently!

Today, in some cases, yes. In football, being a "starter" doesn't really mean too much. How many plays are you getting (is more important). This is where you can get into the debate of how good these players and this league really is! Tom Brady was a scrub back up until Drew Bledsoe got hurt in a game. This kind of thing happens all the time. But.... I am also qualifying that TB is not the same team that they were a couple of seasons ago. So, there are more factors here than one player just being better than another.

But many back ups played their asses off. I can't say that has happened every game this season for the Steelers. Would you agree?

Did Pickett possibly hit his head on the one time he was brought down backward in the First Half?
They were were deep in their own field.
His throwing motion totally changed around the Half. He was throwing like a baseball pitcher it seemed.

The Bucs had second down at the Steelers' one. Ogunjobi blew up a run in the backfield, helping hold Tampa to a field goal try. I have no idea how anybody could find 30 minutes of highlights from that game and not see that play. Clearly, you don't really know what went on if you think Wormley was the only defensive lineman to make a play Sunday.
