Browns have an opening for liking to be a top 10 pick. I'm sure they'll be getting back on track in a couple years with that.

Quiet baby, time for a nap. Don’t worry, that scary message board can’t hurt you. Drink some more milk.

Finally saw the highlights and Pickett played about as good as you can with 1 bad int and 2 bad luck interceptions. No prep at all thrown in there. Give me a couple games and let’s talk

Only thing I don’t like what I see is that his long balls are slow floaters

It helps having Belichek as a coach. He's the ultimate tactician.

It also helps to have a running game (176 yards yesterday), and play vs. one of the league’s worst defenses.

Belichek always has a running game regardless of who he puts in at RB.

Yup. Zappe might turn out to be good, but right now, he isn't being asked to do that much. Pickett, on the other hand, was put in a position that he had to carry the offense while the defense wasn't stopping anything.

Zappe was great again today in the blowout win over the Browns. 309 yards passing, 2TD and 0 int.

Hey, he was drafted two rounds higher than Brady. Has Belichick found his next diamond in the rough?

    Man, I hope not.

Zappe has been outstanding. I wonder when Mac Jones comes back if Belichick goes back to him or stays with the hot hand in Zappe?

Good question. I believe they go back to M. Jones, but with Belichick You never know. I believe Bledsoe was one of the first 100 million dollar Qbs, and He never went back to Him after Brady came in... until We knocked Brady out of the game in the AFC Championship. So...

BB would absolute stick with Zappe if he thinks he is the better QB.

I liked Mac coming out of the draft but I haven’t been impressed with his pro game that much.

Zappe didn’t look so hot in the second half. It’s early but it’s probably close between Zappe and KP which isn’t great considering where each were drafted.

Agreed. I like Zappe's arm over Kenny's. Best throw Pickett has had this year was that throw to Freirmuth over the middle for a 1st down. Pickett will improve but we'll have to see how much he will improve
