Steelers are leading at the half, so I should be happy. But the last 2 drives were just frustrating. Okay, if you are going to run it to use the clock, then run it to use the clock. Call effective runs. Try your darn jet sweeps do something to get your running back a chance.

 

Yep you give Brady an opening there for points he will take it and run through it every time. Terrible play calling there at the end just god awful.

 

I think we have our QB. Pickett is the real deal. Just need better players around him.

 

Both a frustrating and encouraging half of football. I expect Brady to be much better in the second half. His o-line will start holding like crazy and probably getting away with it. I have no idea what to expect out of the Steelers defense except more of the same.

 

it's time to go after Christian McCaffrey. We need a running back with speed who can make something out of nothing since the Oline can't block effectively or consistently.
I'm convinced, even if there were holes opening up Najee is too slow to burst through them. Najee is really what's holding the Steelers back.

Steelers literally should turn into a PASS FIRST offense and eliminate the running game altogether. Forget trying to be balanced

I think Kenny is going to be fine. He brings a different feel to the field. But he did have some rookie moments/throws that half that slowed some drives. It comes with the territory.

 

If your plan was to run the clock out you don't have Pickett throw the ball away on first down and save Tampa a timeout so you run the ball 3 straight times and you run the clock out. Tomlin is the worst clock management coach in the NFL, WTF!!!

 

Lmbo, Steelers still finding ways to lose. The score should be 13-6 Steelers!

 

Interesting game so far.

I've liked what I've seen from Pickett. I would have liked to see them try and throw on the 3rd and 10 once TB called a timeout with 32 seconds left.

Expecting TB to realign in the second half. Let's start with a score and keep them on the back foot.
