I haven't been able to stomach baseball in a long while.

 

Becoming a hockey fan kind of ruined my passion for baseball. However, anytime a NY teams loses in any sport, I'm happy. Unless it's the Giants beating NE in the Super Bowl.

Small market teams have to be perfect in every decision they make to mount any kind of threat. And as soon as they win, they have to sell it off and start rebuilding again. The whole system is enslaved by basically 6 organizations. The players run the league and the owners have no balls to try and put a stop to it by demanding a hard cap. It is not the game I grew up watching with my dad.
