I agree totally, where does Tomlin find these guys at? You can't run with no offensive line and you can't compete throwing 2 and 5 yard passes this is embarrassing

 

I am afraid that we aren’t going to replace him with anyone better. I know this is speculation, but based on hiring decisions for our coordinators it sure looks like Tomlin hires people that give him the most control over the scheme/game plan. Why would we hire anyone other than someone that is going to allow themselves to be micromanaged? We need to be hiring a good young offensive mind who can improve with our young QB… not sure that’s the route we will go.

It sure feels like we have given Tomlin the keys to the franchise. Only problem is that he’s stuck in reverse.

 

What we are learning is the team is way farther away than a QB, Tomlin does not have a team prepared again, the OL is not good at all, the ILB are awful, CBs are awful, Canada is not a pro OC and whatnot...

 

As long as fans keep showing up Rooney won't make any changes. The stadium needs to look like a ghost town the next home game.

Harvin was drafted in the 7th round, #254. You act like they wasted a 2nd or 3rd round pick on him. Players drafted that late are at best practice squad fodder. I'm not trying to defend Harvin, he has not been good, but pretending like he was some great pick wasted isn't being honest.

Can’t argue against this except that I might say Cower ERA players. I don’t think Ben was ever a “Cower” guy even from the start. He/(we) were lucky to get Ben and his talent for so long and it’s very clear for Tomlin too.
