Very interesting. Hopefully, it's not necessary, but it's like life imitating art or somethin'.

Says he practiced at LG today.~

You little image/box or whatever of the tweets look much better than me copying and pasting the info...haha.

And yeah...hopefully it won't happen but if Colon is out this is the best option I think. Legs is a MUCH better C than G and Pouncey and play all 3 interior spots better than Legs...so it should work...even though we all hate line shuffling its part of the game.

This could be okay. I think the Big Legursky plays center better than guard.

:smiley1: You have to do it manually. When you quote my post, you can see the tags to use. Just paste the numbers at the end of the web address of the tweet in the middle.

Agreed. Legs is performing better at Center than at G for whatever reason. Having position flexibility is always good.

I guess DeCastro isn't a real option this weekend if pouncy is the backup guard.

Well, it's not exactly related. DeCastro is a RG...where Foster is currently. I expect to see DeCastro suited up this Sunday barring some unforeseen setback, but not likely going in unless the injury bug starts biting.

Never knew (or paid attention) to that. I thought it was some kind of image or whatever not a simple code...well I'll be damned. Now if I can remember this going forward my Twitter quoting will look more fancy! haha

interesting. smart. bout time some moves are being made. i like the thoughts of 52-53 at the guard spots. mobile mobile mobile. watch the screens and outside runs and passes now. i know wishful thinking but thats whats needed. those two types/builds are needed at the guard spot.

Don't count decastro out foster spent most of the day at RT. So is a decastro just coming back better then I guess it would be beachum because I doubt malecki would start.

Thats what I couldn't understand this past week was why keep Legs at guard where he struggles instead of center where he plays better. I know most people were like why move your probowl center but really two athletic guards would be better than an backup center who struggles at guard in my book.

legs can hold his own in the middle. pulling guards that can get there before the ball carrier does is pretty important. we haven't had that, as much as many think colon is doing a good job. two mobile guys will work wonders for the run game and passing game. we can run our whole offense. we only ran up the gut with foster and colon. we couldn't get guys on the edge with slow guards.

The part of this that bugs me is that Colon is apparently injured enough that he may miss another game (or more)? I don't remember ever hearing when he was hurt in the first place and suddenly his knee starts swelling? Sounds ominous to me given his injury history.

So this puts Legursky at center? I think he's done good at center. Does Pouncey have experience playing a different position?

Started in practice on Friday. Tomlin addressed it. He tried to warm-up on Sunday, but couldn't go.
