Look up what SIS or "sudden impact syndrome" is. It's very scary. It's usually fatal and what they are reporting about him moving and being conscious doesn't necessarily mean he's out of the woods on that

Edit: I should add that it is extremely rare though

Do you mean “second impact syndrome”? I looked it up and, man, that is scary. They’re happy that Tua is moving his extremities, but this is a blunt force trauma injury to the brain, not necessarily a spinal cord or neck injury which would have more to do with movement. Prayers that Tua will be okay, but that was one of the scariest things I’ve seen. Didn’t Rudolph’s arms stiffen when he took that shot from Earl Thomas a couple of years back?

Yes you are correct "second" not sudden. Thanks. They had a college player who got it on Real Sports I think. He survived, but was severely disabled

Look at Rudolph’s hands and fingers. Very similar to what happened with Tua.

I still can’t believe that they allowed Rudolph to walk off the field after that.

There was no money left in the budget for cart batteries after they paid Ben his extension bonus that year.

It's common in combat sports, usually most noticeably in the toes.

Sorry if your video examples covered that.

Very good game. Tua's injury is very unfortunate.

    Go Dolphins!

    Hahahahahahaha!

So they had a Ring of Honor ceremony at Halftime.

Yeah let’s change the entire color scheme to Honor our great players!

That’s something the Browns would do ha

Man that injury to the long snapper in week 1 looks to be a God send for the Steelers. The Bengals kicker is unreal when the snap is good. Not a big fan of analytics but if the numbers say don't let the Bengals have it at mid field because they can kick a long FG I'd being punting everytime.

Good example of a backup not having communication and chemistry with the starters. Throwing to a spot when Geskici isn't even looking for the ball. Gift interception.

Postgame show starts out really scary.

NFL probably doesn’t want this discussion.

Legally they probably shouldn’t be admitting to this concussion, injury first hand experience.

Edit: Tony and Richard nailed it.

    But the truth hurts.
