    Tomlin is a little above average coach. He was gifted a Super bowl roster and qb in his prime and did not wreck his dads porche car. After that team got old....we have been a slightly above average team making the playoffs numerous times and getting upset most of them from The Tebow Broncos to that dreadful browns debacle a couple of years ago to the Jags disaster. Dont even get me started how outcoached we were against KC chiefs. So the question have for the dont ever fire Tomlin is what makes you think we are even remotley on the way to building a super bowl contender and when should we not be happy to be woefully average.

    correct - a little above average who had a HOF QB and a great D (HOF) for years. He is not the guy to take us further. Blame Rooney. the succession plan has been awful. "it was Ben's fault" is what I heard idiots say last year. Baloney. The OLINE (and good coaching) was ignored for 10 years....and we are paying the price.
