The Steelers won’t have to tank to lose games the defense could have been decent this year but not without Watt. The offense might be the worst in the league. People really watch this game today and think this team could compete for a championship? I don’t get it lol

Depending on the severity of the tear, if in fact it’s a tear, I think 4-6 weeks

If it’s worth anything, TJ Watt was in the postgame locker room and showered and getting dressed, not appearing in acute severe pain or anything, chatting with people. At least he’s not on a hospital or in need of constant medical attention

I did some reading up on this type of injury. Obviously it will depend on severity but doesn’t sound good to me.

Bush is still the worst player on this D.

Bush actually had a decent game. Everyone on D assisted in this win.

He said right after the play "It's tore. It's tore." He knew it immediately.

This season is already an afterthought. Without Watt this defense is average. With an average defense and a putrid offense, you don't tend to win many games.

7-10. Tomlins first losing season. It's simple math guys.

Bush didn't stand out as good or bad. That's a win in my book

They just beat the team that went to the Superbowl last year on the road. Also JJ Watt missed 8 weeks when he tore his pec so it may not be a season ender.

With Watt, that defense was better than decent. I don’t think that team was going to the Super Bowl, but they could have contended for a playoff spot. I don’t think they can without Watt.

The Debbie downers on this forum is almost comical, if you think the season is over then quit watching and wait for next years draft, you won't be missed.

It's a stretch I know. But I wonder if it was a little panic with TJ knowing what his brother went through. I hope it's not as bad as he made it appear.

Nobody was thinking this team is competing for a championship.

If he tore the muscle it's 2 to 3 weeks. If he tore the tendon it's 2 to 4 months. There is a huge difference.

Its just optimism on my part, but the pectoral muscle appears to be a Watt family weakness.
