Trubisky 2018

Like I said only allen was a notable receiver before or after trubisky. Everyone else was very meh.

Johnson, Claypool and Pickens would crush any of those WR like a giant to a fly, except for Allen.

 

I like how You skipped that His defense was better in every category than this defense. Like that has nothing 2 do with it. They were number 1 in forced turnover(we weren't) , number 1 in rushing D( we aren't close)
, and well almost every category on Defense that year.

 

Should we break down playing time per game? Where the ball was turned over at? Because for a team that sucks at turn over, than a QB typically has 75 yards to go (kickoff). Therefore yards would be better for the guy who has a defense that does not get turn overs.

Again, 3 years only had one guy worth a poo poo for receptions. You can bet none of those other WR would have made the the roster for the steelers.

 

I'm not just talking about yards....that's His best year period....the year His teams Defense lead in almost every statistical category.
Really....Looks at Ben's tds last time We lead the league in turnovers, and He was a old Man.

 

Because Ben couldn't throw it over 5 yards...And Mitch had the the same amount of yardage, with way fewer attempts get it...We get it already...You hate Mitch

I promise I don't hate Trubisky. If there actually was a player I hate, and I don't hate Him ....I just don't think He's very good ....that would be Bush, or T. Edmunds.

OK if you want something for me to put my foot into my mouth. I see him having close to 4,000 yards, high 20 TD. With 100 yards rushing yards..... unless injuries happen. Or he gets yanked.

So if he does 230 yard, 1.5 TD games. Then you know he's on pace to be what i believe him to be.

His best season was 1.7 TD, 230 yards
His 2019 was 1.1 TD, 209 yards


Yes my reason is because we have receivers that crush everyone except for one player that trubisky has gotten to play with. And those receivers he had were meh before and after him. Allen who did over 1000 was on pace one year until injury, and the next year he went for 1100.

Mitch passes the ball around as well. So I don't think we will see a single player break out over 1000 yards. They'll more so have single games that are breakouts..... i think Johnson, Pickens, claypool have around 800-900 season.

.... by the way this is why I didn't take any receivers in fantasy football draft from the steelers. Except for Pickens. And I'm only going to play him when/if pickett comes in.

STD is making comparisons of where he has concerns. He doesn't care that Mitch was with one of the worse offense. And he puts a lot of thinking a great defense will make a QB look better.

Trubisky has never played a full 16 game season in his career whether it’s because he was injured or because he got benched or for whatever the reason was. So that tells me that Pickett will play at some point this season no matter what. Trubisky has never thrown a pick 6 in his career as well which says something it says he doesn’t really make the backbreaking mistake in a game more times then not. So I think Trubisky given his numbers and with the talent and skill players he has to work with on offense has a chance to be pretty good this season overall.

 

So You are saying when someone shows a stat line of Trubisky best year....Which is what started all this by the way...
24 tds, and 12 ints ,and 3223 yards, and says ....looks pretty good to Me, and I think 2 Myself....Hmmm We just had a Qb that I thought was done(Hell I know was done),and a shell of Himself that just had 22 tds, 10 ints, and 3740 yards , and I should just say what.....Yeah You are correct He looks awesome???LoL. I have never rooted against a Steelers in My whole life....ever, but I also don't bury My head in the sand either.
I root for T. Edmunds every freaking time He steps on that gridiron, but I still know what He is ....Average.
If anyone of You during the Game day preseason post can find where I'm not congratulating Trubisky every time He does good I'll kiss Your A$$, but You won't find it....because I have always congratulated Him .....Don't believe Me .....go look. I don't hate the Guy, but I don't act like every game I watched in Chicago was everyone's fault, but His either.
I guess I won't post actual facts anymore, or I maybe consider a hater of some other player. I think it's really funny that I don't want Mason starting either over Pickett, but nobody is calling Me a Mason hater.

I thought You meant the High is 20. I think if any of out Qbs don't throw at least 29 tds ....We are in trouble....mainly because I think ...at least from the preseason....our run blocking is way worse than our pass blocking.
