All Bengals fans are super confident that the Steelers are going to get beat bad this Sunday.

 

I like our chances if OC calls a good game. And defense plays really good.

 

Had juju hitting burfict as my cellphone wallpaper for a few years.

 

Can't remember who it was. But somebody on here posted Hines Ward's hit on Keith Rivers and JuJu's hit on Burfict back to back. Then captioned it....

"When you teach your little brother to stand up to the bully"

I freaking loved that.

I wonder what the following season opening record is for teams that lose that were a last in the division to first to actually get to the SB??? I know the verbiage is a little tricky, that or the black label is getting me again...but I'm beating its not good. I've been looking at some old scores....yep its the Scotch.. The Bengals have beaten the Steelers three in a row, it's time for that streak to end

 

I remember Bills fans being super confident they were going to blow out the Steelers in the season opener last season .

 

I'm so excited for this new era. I'm sure there'll be plenty of bumps but it could be the start of something great over the next few years. Let's hope.

Most years under Ben I thought we had a chance at Playoffs. Probably the first year in a long time I don't think we'll make it but am excited for future of the Pickett era. There will be growing pains but I'm pumped.

I`m just going to relax and enjoy the 1st game. Can relax because my expectations are modest and expecting a slow start to the season for us. If we do better than that, that`s gravy.

Speaking of food, probably order a cheap pizza from Domino`s for the game meal. Three meat toppings on "large" pizza for $7.99 if you order online and pick it up and don`t buy anything else.

 

My biggest worry is, and has been Devin Bush...He looked terrible last year, and has looked WORSE this preseason, absolutely terrible!

We were last in rush D last year ( I know the loss of Alualu and Tuitt ) contributed to that ...But Bush also did!

I feel good about the rest of the team ( well, maybe OL also )

Does Bush have a short leash this season??

 

I would hope they don't ride, and die with any Qb on this team. Two of them have never taken a meaningful snap as Our Qb, and the other is a backup. Should be No loyalty shown with this group yet.
