We were on Skaneateles, probably try a different finger lake tomorrow.
We're recovering together. Not from drugs. Me or him. I'm still on drugs.

 

Good looking dog. I am also a German Shepherd guy.

 

Happy Labor Day Yinz.

 

I can't imagine this dog x4, or any full size dog. It takes me leaning back to stop him which takes my control away. He's still learning, he was a puppy mill stud, isolated and abused.

 

I grew up with them and have had them over the years, my favorite dog.
He's a 4 yo with champion bloodlines and the dumb b@stards gave him to me with minimum convincing. The first thing I did was get him cut.

 

I have had them my whole life as well. Currently have a 5 year old male. This one was a "Yoder" dog from Amish country. I usually wouldn't do that, but the family was awesome and the pups were very well taken care of. It was the mothers first litter. He's a perfect looking black and tan, but honestly he's dumb as rocks compared to some of my other sheps.

I only knew 2 of the lakes

I’ve had a lot of dogs over time including 3 shepherd 1 was all business one was pure black with grey skin and wound up being a drug sniffer and one was 110 pounds of I want to be your best friend

 

NY finger lakes region in the late summer and fall are tough to beat for me. I see a lot of PA plates and boat registrations up here, I figured the area was well known.

This pooch hasn't had good interactions with humans so far in his life. Luckily he senses that I was raised by wolves and accepts me as someone he can sorta trust.
