Blake Martinez????

The ILB was just released by the Giants who now have former Ravens D Coordinator Wink Martindale at the helm.
In 2020 he was a beast, was a captain and wore the green dot.
Thoughts?

 

I think we don't need a thread for every player released.

I admit that I don't read through every post in a thread. A new thread I will read through about half the first page and then jump to the last page and read a little bit more. Then I will come back to the thread and Skip to the last page to read the new comments. And sometimes the thread goes a little out of wack for a few pages, so if someone would have posted this on page 4 of a thread that was jumped to 7 pages as people talked about their family pets when they were growing up, I would have completely missed it.

Thanks to this thread I now am going to go look at Blake Martinez, and I had completely forgotten that Baltimore had gotten rid of Wink.

Martinez is coming off a torn ACL in 2021, he probably isn't the same player, maybe why he got released.
