That's Foxy Lady by Hendrix they are a doing that on. I don't really understand how that's legal.

 

Really interesting stuff in this thread. It reminds me there is so many different types of music out there.

Our species is about to hit the 8 billion mark (who counts them) I have no idea how the music business works. I wonder if a band has 2 million fans. Could that band make big bucks?? I would think with 16 billion ears out there decent music types could get 2 million fans easy.????????????????

Somehow I got into rap music after hearing 50 cents, "in da club". I think it was the F you attitude I enjoyed. Anyhow, I was shocked at how many rap songs took samples from old rock songs.
