Tommy boy gets a receiver

I see the TB Bucs have Julio Jones signed to a 1 year deal. I know the guy was great but I'm hoping age has caught up with him. Not sure how his recent stats are??

He wasn't so good for the Titans, but for Brady....well We will have 2 see.

Was hoping that Julio and AJ Brown would have been a special duo at TN last season but it was a disappointment overall. I don't know how bad the hamstring injury was/is. Injuries and father time seem to have caught up with him. Pretty sure his days of being in the top tier of NFL WRs may be behind him.

Hamstring injuries for freak level athletes like Julio are bothersome; doubly so as one ages. Given how much literal body trauma he has sustained over the course of his career, I would not be surprised if he plays fewer than 8 games at this point. Simply too many bumps and bruises on the body.

 

Man I hope you're right. My son in law will be pissed but the rest of us are Steeler fans. I just hopes its at least close.
