This song was immortalized as the closing song at the end of the Breaking Bad series. Loved how they used it. :thumbs up:

And sadly, as I understand it, two of these band members took their own lives over how they were ripped off so terribly by their Manager and left essentially penniless after an amazing career including crafting the hit song "Without You" recorded by Nielsen.

Yeah I knew that. I loved their music. Baby Blue was another one of my favorites. So sad they had a manager like that.

Got to see Dick Dale twice - both times he blew out the sound system. Quite a character and was still playing at 80!

Some of the best harmonies out there. Saw them a few times way back when they opened for other acts. I liked them but then I listen to Yacht Rock channel on Sirius XM when I'm not listening to Phish or Deep Tracks channels.

Pretty tasty live version of this amazing song by Steve Winwood and Traffic. The original album jacket from early 70's was perhaps one of the best ever with it's trippy MC Escher graphic design and the fidelity of the cut on the vinyl was remarkable. Got to see Winwood a few times as a solo act and he puts on an incredible show spanning from Spencer Davis days to Blind Faith to Traffic to solo. :thumbs up:

I've seen him live twice. Once as an opener for Primus, and once with Via and Eric Johnson on the original G3 tour.

I've seen Him live a couple times. I also play Always With Me...Always With You by Him, but it's the only song I've ever learned by Him.
I like Him,....I really liked Him back in the day, but I like a million different styles also. I'm more into now like a Mark Knopfler, or Brent Hinds type playing.
Although in a few years...I'll probably be interested in some other type playing. LoL

Thank You. It's just a Jazz Clean tone. I can't record with Distortion through My phone, or it keeps cutting in ,and out.
    Don't know why‍♂️

This is one of my favorite bands. I like this version of sounds of silence very much. Love the second one as well.

not sure how you can’t like a band that uses trash cans as drums
