Look I know what you're thinking. There is no way it would ever happen right? Why would Cincy trade Burrows to a division rival. But keep in mind Cincy's history and there owner. They are cheap and probably get to the point where they can't afford him any more?

I think we should offer a package of #1 picks and some of our current players. Cincy might not accept but at least they would listen. If we offer 5 #1 picks and 5 #2 picks plus Mason and maybe Minkah I think that would be too enticing for them to pass up. Nobody is untouchable and Anything is for sale for the right price.

Hopefully we don't ink a deal for Burrows, because there is no such players for Cincy and nobody would show up and we'd lose all those picks.

Because no legitimate Steeler fan would even let the absurd thought/scenario of trading for Joe Burrow even enter their mind. Give me a break.

The only way this thread could make any less sense is if we ask them to throw in Jamar Chase for the cherry on top.

Five 1st round picks and five 2nds for one player? That makes the Hershel Walker trade look sane. I'm not sure which is the biggest flaw in your suggested trade:

    1. By rule, a team can't trade future picks past 2 years.

    2. No player in league history is worth 10 premium picks. The ONLY way this trade would be good for us is if we turn around and trade Burrows to Cleveland for six #1s and six #2s.

    3. Pittsburgh may be a big city, but we're not THAT big. We simply don't have enough tar and feathers for Khan. We'd have to import some.

Most will agree - the OP's premise is delusional. More intriguing however is the first respondent - could there really be another Glenn in this world and on this MB? This will be lots of fun to watch. :drinks:

Now, let’s say they do make this trade. Immediately sign him to a 10 year deal worth $1Billion with $580 million guaranteed. That way we know not to expect them to be relevant again for a dozen years

If the NFL did a re draft the first 2 picks are Mahomes and Burrows. Ok BURROW you got me there. Either one is worth 10 draft picks in a trade.

Kansas isn't trading Mahomes. Cincy might because there stupid owners don't spend money. Everyone knows this. Which is why I think there would be a way to get him if we are willing to pay the price. But if you guys don't understand how adding a stud QB while also taking him away from a division rival is a good thing? Then you guys don't know football. Tell one reason why having Burrow on the Steelers would BE A BAD THING FOR US? But you guys have the nerve to question my fanhood. LOL What a joke

Yes I know it's a slim chance. But ask yourself this. What does it hurt to at least offer? If someone else makes that offer and get him they look genius and we will be kicking ourselves for not trying first.

Burrow isn't going anywhere, unless the Bengals won't shell out a $300+ million dollar contract in 3 years.

Its the Bengals so you have that chance.

I worry about Burrows durability, he's talented, but can he be tough and work through the licks.

Look at guys like Andrew Luck, all that talent but can't stay healthy.
