    The Ramon Foster Steelers Show is my favorite Pod cast going on youtube right now. Him and DK make a great team. I also like the fact that is on about 20 minutes per day on just 2 topics. Great format with professional hosts.

    Ramon is so real. Love his podcast, there are so many former players on sports radio that are so boring..hope Ramon finds some love and gets a chance.

    Speaking of Heinz mustard. Just bought a new bottle today. Making catfish, and hushpuppys, and I Love 2 dip it in Heinz mustard, and Louisiana hot sauce.
