I have noticed thru out this year that the Browns can
now physically matchup with any team not just the Steelers.
This is Steeler week for all those Morons up in NE Ohio, this is thier
SUPERBOWL,the Browns are getting better and should(high draft selections)
With the new owner I would say things are looking up in that
**** hole they call Cleveland. This will be a tough game for us up there,
I hope we bring our A game.

Most teams who played the Browns this year found themselves in a helluva dogfight and this Sunday's game will be no different. The Brownies are much better than their record indicates. Even with Ben playing this would not have been a for sure win and now without him.... ouch:worried:

well im sure a lot more confident in a win with charlie if he can stay healthy the entire game than with leftwich.... and if the D holds then to 6 points as they did the ravens... and the ST doesnt give up 7 as they did to the ravens im sure we will win if we hold them to 6 O points and no D or ST points.. we are 95% sure to win if they score 6...

Boy, you're not kidding. These aren't the clowns anymore. Weeden surprisingly isn't half bad. The key to their offense now is Richardson who is a hell of a back. They got a couple of no name receivers playing well. Their defense has been tough for a few years now. With good Ben we beat them. With bad Ben they upset us. As far as Sunday, This game is a toss up!

you know its interesting you said.. this game is a toss up.... but lets be honest.. every game the steelrs play is a toss up going to the final 5 minutes and can go either way... wether we play a good team or a crap team.. seems wether we have ben or lefty or whoever.. we play to our competition for 55 minutes then win or lose it .. we rarely ever get blown out.. and we NEVER blow anyone out.. so to me EVERY game is a toss up? i would love to see the steelers the last 3 years against the spread... how many times they covered as the dog and how many times they didnt cover as the favorite... .. id like to bet that the game will be within 7 with 3 miniutes to go and you'd make a fortune almost every week..

This is exactly the type of game for what we brought Todd Haley in for. We are going to keep things simple and the better team will win this game. I'm not saying its going to be a blowout, probably 7-10 points. We are going to run the ball and Charlie is going to move the chains.

Plus, how many rookie QBs have beaten Dick Lebeau & the Steelers? Weeden will not be #2.

run the ball? it's not been a thing of beauty up to this point. against this defense and a rival, that is going to make it that much harder. we shall see. this is no gimme game as some think. they think they can still get a share of the WC too.

After seeing how fragile Lefty was, I'm really hoping Batch can make it through the game. I know nothing about this guy they just picked up. Given the way Tomlin leaves injured players in though, Batch will probably have to be dismembered before coach takes him out.

charlie has learned to hit the deck quicker over the years. i don't think we will see any ben like heroics this week. duck and cover charlie. i worry more about our receivers. the brownies d- backs were laying out cowboys last week.

The brownies have looked pretty solid the last several weeks. They just blow it in the last part of the game. I m also a little worried about this game.

I`m glad to see that most members of this board are not assuming this is gonna be a cake-walk, like they have in the past.
With Ben, I wasn`t scared that we would pull out a win, in a hard fought game.
I like our chances with Charlie, better than Lefty...
I don`t wanna see the Clowns knock Charlie out, and us have to put in a kid I don`t even know.
We need every win we can get right now, and this one doesn`t look to be any easier, than any of the others we`ve gotten,.
On the bright side, Richardson is playing thru serious pain, and their defensive secondary, is as injury depleted as our offense is.
I just hope our Defense, can bring the same level of intensity as they did against the Cravens. Hard to do that 2 weeks in a row, but, if they can...
I still see us getting a win here.
Not an easy win(Do we even know what that is any more?), but a WIN!
Defense needs to play as fired up as they did last week, Charlie needs to stay healthy(I don`t think he`s as fragile, as other boardmembers do), keep feeding the runninggame, eliminate stupid penalties, and poor punt/kick coverage, and we stay alive in the playoff conversation!
On the flip side... Yeah, we are playing a dangerous team just because they are desperate for a win, and really have nothing to lose by pulling out all the stops, and trying to show their new owner, that they are worth keeping on the team(Coaches, and Players, alike)...
This should make for one great football game to watch, that has us chewing our nails off, and having a few heart attacks along the way, before the outcome is decided...
Wish I could just say, "We`ll Moider the Bums!!"
    But that ain`t likely...
GO STEELERS!!! (At least they shouldn`t walk into this one cocky, expecting the Clowns to lay down):herewego!:

the amazing thing with a win and a Ravens lose against the Chargers, the next game against the Ravens is for the division. if the Steelers can win the next 2 games and if the Ravens can lose them its all even.

as bad as this season has gone i will take a tie record with 4 games left.
