Similar story; a friend of mine fell asleep listening to the album Meddle by Pink Floyd. It was kind of loud, but he was sleeping pretty soundly. When it got to the part of One of These Days where it says "One of these days I'm going to cut you into little pieces!", he woke up and started freaking out thinking he was being attacked.

I know what you mean. When my daughter was 5 or so she was absolutely in love with the Elvis so I got a vinyl featuring many of his greatest hits and Old Shep was included. Both of us cried every time we played that album and there was no auto skip feature on record players.

I've heard of the Cramps, but never actually listened to them. I like the vibe of this song.

Since we've had some Elvis posts, anyone ever listen to Dread Zeppelin? I have a couple albums of theirs that I got back in the early 90s.

If you aren't familiar with them, they are a group of Elvis impersonators that sing Led Zeppelin songs in reggae style.

I love them, but readily admit they’re not for everyone.

Tortelvis just left the building. ;)

I was on a local Board back in the 90's with the mother of one of the members. Her last name was Fernandez but not sure of his.

Ok, you knew this one was coming from me at some point. The new Megadeth single was just released 20 minutes ago, and I've been listening to it since. I gotta say, to me it's as good as anything they've ever put out. I'm super excited about the new album (although it got pushed back to September).

The single is called We'll Be Back.

That's funny that you say that, because after listening to the new single, I've had Black Friday stuck in my head most of the day.

Wouldn't say this inspired drill videos at all, but very much the same concept music video drill had in the following years. Showed the other side of Pittsburgh.
