While not a B. Sanders fan....He is in the top 50 for post season RBs, and played a quarter of the amount of Post season games as LT.
So what You referring 2 actually works against LT, and makes My point.

He played in 10 post season games .....with a grand total of 468 rushing yards.....not a very good average....there are players ahead of him with less games than that......what Hurts is when He runs for 30 carries for 75 yards.
I'm not trying 2 argue My Friend:thumbs_up:, but I think it's funny when people complain about our post season success, but hype up other players with horrible post season their whole careers, and I'm not putting You in this category....I'm just saying.
So if someone says 2 Me LT is a top 10 RB all time....I say .....if You only count the regular season.

It has to be regular season only because of the curse I put on the Chargers!

No watching games. YouTube has plenty of full games from back then.

It doesn't. I've never ever seen a former player, analyst, coach, etc.. say look at this guy's percentages vs this guy. The only time when time played really comes into account is overall numbers.

And ok since it's about eras let's look at this. Joe Montana essentially played 9 full seasons and won sbs in 4 of them and in 2 of those 9 seasons he got injured while leading in the conference championship game before when got hurt. He was 3x first team all pro essentially 9 seasons the same number as Brady for his 20 plus year career. So if we look at percentages for sbs and first team all pros Montana is higher since we have to go tod offering eras. But do you ever hear anybody breaking this garbage down and using percentages to say look had Montana played just as many years a sbrady he had have these amount of accolades and numbers based on percentages? NO.

And lol you're using a criteria no one else looks at. The only percentage I've seen people compare between players is comeplteion percentage. But you tried to make up the skewed standard to favor lambert but it didn't work. Ray accomplished more, was bigger, stronger, faster, was the LEADER of his franchise and still is till tjai day. When you think Ravens you think Ray Lewis. Jack lambert is not the first thing you think off when you think of the steel curtain. That's mean Joe Greene. And to top it off ray led them across a generation of multiple players. Nobody from his forst ring was there for the 2nd. Lambert had that long list of hall of famers to lean on his whole career and still didn't do more than Ray nor on tape didn't perform better but the tape is a subjective measure.

I don't think it's a good analogy though, Brister was a backup that won 2 Super Bowls, Lewis was a SB MVP and a two time DPOY.

He shied away from contact so it's not like the rules would've forced him to tackle more. But strictly his coverages skills would thrive in any Era.

Wasn't his fault. Can't try to judge a rb of the playoffs.

    Whatever....
Can't be a top 10 RB if You aren't even a top 50 rb in the playoffs.
    Make No sense.

I normally agree with what you post here but, I can't disagree more about Tomlinson. (There's only ONE L.T. and he didn't play for the Chokers). As I've stated numerous times, I hate that team but, I have to give props to certain players. LaDanian is one of them......

Therefore you're watching games and not tape. Tape tends to come from coaches and their film. There's not a ton of analysis you can quite possibly get watching games on youtube when the cameras angles back then were very simplistic and you didn't get specific angles to show one v one battles between WR's and CB's.

For who deion? With deion there's plenty of 1 on 1 brokendown videos with him vs various guys like rice, irvin, andre rison, etc. And to see a wide wr vs a cb in a full game isn't hard if you focus in specifically on them.

Don't have to watch a coaches breakdown to see the level of talent and athleticism of players from the 60s and 70s.
