I agree, but I bet his contract with NBC wouldn't allow it....

And he has been training for an Iron Man Triathlon. Ward has clearly moved on from football.

Watching that play, I'd never have guessed he hurt it that bad, looked like a minor tweak.

They are trying to will him off the team :lolol:

I'm not happy with his play either but this is about injuries, not Wallace.

He'd be a good redzone target.. I just hope that Brown's injury isn't a lis franc injury.

i thought he hurt his ankle. isnt the Lisfranc injury a foot thing?

up till this season i had never heard of that particular injury and now i have heard it about 4 times and a few guys have already went down with it. has it always been there and they just gave it a different name?

I think he gets (and counts against the cap) 3/8 of $925,000. Don't hold me to that...

If he can help us win I'm for it. Wallace doesn't jump for balls so Plax will fit in nicely. Now we just need a qb who can throw the ball.

Yes, I believe their numbers are pro-rated based upon the number of games played/remaining.

Again, don't quote me on that. But Im pretty sure thats how it works.

Ohhh, didn't know that, never watched a single down of the CFL, only thing I know about that league is that Warren Moon came from there.

yeah the famous fade route thrown a fo out of bounds.. there is no reason a fade route is caught out of bounds .. they have to play the fade as if the sidelines out fo bounds lines are a foot closer..

In the back of my mind Im really hoping that Plex can come in and really do some great things. I'd love for them to keep him and bid ado to Wallace. Plex, Brown, Sanders, Crotchery for the next 2 years is a nice group and certainly A LOT cheaper than inserting Wallace in that bunch.

i am 99.999 % sure that hines has an out clause if the steelers were to call.. hed rather play in one more game for the steelers than announce 17 games a year for the nest 30 years

What kind of shape is Ward in? He's looking a little rotund nowadays. Did you see Plex working out? The guy is jacked. He's definitely been working out and staying in game shape. He's read to go. Ward would need 6 games just to get back into game shape.

I saw that, he must be using the Jack Rack :roflmao:

Good to see he is putting in the work, this far into the season and he was still staying in shape hoping for a call, I think it shows his head is in the right place.

Agree... has to be an asset (redzone) we have plenty of players sticking there hands up for a grab...but no one is capable of getting it to them. As you noted if mikey would elevate on the tall balls and go for the short ones we might get a TD
