I'm not reaching at all. Simms had it in the analysis you posted. He pointed out that Willis did not look nearly as good as a runner the times he faced top competition. He wondered if Pickett and Corral could have done similar things against such weak competition. One great run is just that, one run.

Sure, Willis will probably be an effective runner, but he's not Lamar Jackson. For one thing, he doesn't have that kind of speed.

Correct some people do like the pick and alot don't. That's why he wasn't some can't miss prospect like you're stating. Never said some don't like him but I said there was no consensus on him. The main thing I saw across the board was everyone saying he's the most nfl ready. But being the most nfl ready doesn't mean you're going to be a great qb.

It's valid to respond to the sissy whiners in here. Especially when you come on here for news and good conversation and then the 10 to 15 yahoos on here who have to cry over everything and anything that happens. These are the kind of men who likely are told what to do by their wives all the time and need to vent on some message board with a bunch of dudes on it in a projected way using sports as their outlet.

I'm not a trained psychologist but I know pansies when I read or see them. And we have a lot in here. And most know who they are. And I think it's important to make that announcement regularly to either help change them into real men or make them go away. We are here for the few who are good sources of info and knowledge, not the pu$$ies.

Pickett's senior-year tape was a lot better than Brady's, but that doesn't mean much. The thing that makes Brady truly special is his mind. He is about as driven an athlete as you will ever encounter. He just seems to be able to process the game faster than everybody else. I certainly don't expect Pickett to be that. I think his upside is more like Burrow than Brady, but he's a longer shot to get there than Burrow was coming out of college.

 

Willis checked his daily Bible verse app the day before his official visit to Liberty in Lynchburg, Virginia, and the app displayed 2 Corinthians 3:17.
