    "When Ravens running back
Ray Rice walked off Heinz Field, he draped a Terrible Towel over his head and sang Styx's "Renegade," the song that traditionally energizes Steelers fans in the second half. In other words, the Ravens have gotten quite comfortable when it comes to winning in this division."

We don't need a curse, the Rats suck, they will be exposed, mark my words. They have been dodging bullets all year, they dodged another when Ben got hurt. Their luck is going to run out.:ratbirds:

Lamarr Woodley has posted about this twice on fb and twitter. First saying don't touch the towel unless you're a Steelers fan, then posted a pic of Ray Rice with the towel with the caption "big mistake Ray."

Maybe Lamarr will actually do something next time we play them.

Wow....they beat us with our injured backup!! What an accomplishment. Everyone, including the Ravens, know we win that game EASILY with Ben.

Phil don't do well when pressured but If the OL can give Rivers time they will do well... Reed will be a non-factor Bolts win..Stillers next. Theirs ur 2 losses! When one taunts with the holy grail only bad things happen!

This. I see the same things you do. They are over-hyped. And Flacco is not the answer for them. They like to think they are a well-rounded team, but that is still the Ray Rice show, in Baltimore. Take Ray Rice away and Flacco folds w/out his security blanket. I will give them this, though. They beat the teams they should beat...

Maybe they aren't great, but neither are we and they've done better than us this year aside from beating us at home when they had no business in doing so. We gave them that game 5 different times. I'm just calling it as I see it. We need an emotional leader or two like we used to have. People can poo poo that all they want, but I see that as one of the few major differences to the recent past (of greatness) and the current situation. And yes, I'm aware of other changes in personnel, but those are football plug and play differences teams always have to deal with.

I see sparks here and there, but no steady fire....

I have been a believer in the curse to this point. That picture of rice is the happiest I've been since we lost. Myron is watching over us!

Pretty sure Rice didn't wander back into the stadium concourse after the game to purchase a towel. But yes, I understand anyone can purchase them.

I'm thinking the Ravens team had someone go buy some towels. I'm sure that's how the Titans got ahold of them a few seasons ago.

Rice sporting the towel like that is actually a pretty accurate depiction of how the Steelers defense had his arse covered all night! :lolol:

No way, not with you on this one, we lost because we had an injured back up in the game. With Ben in their I guarantee you would have seen the difference between these 2 teams. We are definitely a better team then them, things were just starting to come together for us when Ben got hurt. Now the defense is playing lights out and we are back to a struggling offense. I stand by what I said, I think the Ravens are very lucky to be where they are, very lucky.

Short of forcing a turnover, the defense did it's job

We would have smoked Baltimore with Ben in the game. No question.

I heard Steelers fans were throwing them at the Ravens players when they were walking back into the tunnel but I cant see why anyone would do that.
