Hey @Blast Furnace when I said Corral would last to the 3rd, I never thought all the QBs would last till the 3rd.

 

People have seen enough of Lamar Jackson, and M. Willis is like a lesser version of Him???

Heck, I thought Corral and Ridder would both be long gone by now.

 

He doesn't have a good feel for the pocket. He struggled with reads sometimes even in a very simple offense at Liberty. Potential is more than arm strength and athleticism.

 

Claypool wants music at practice at music. A maturity concern for certain.. but not an issue as far as I know.

 

Why? He has an arm and good legs. He has absolutely no skills that translate to being an NFL QB. IF he figures it out he has the ability to be a huge riser due to his physical talents. But if you want to be drafted early from a small school, you better be SPECIAL. I saw nothing that made me think the was SPECIAL. He made a handful of special plays, but his overall body of work was super concerning.

Plus its a win now league. How many teams are willing to wait 2 years on a hope and prayer that the kid will work out. And you cant rush him either, bc if he played this year he would set the NFL turnover record by week 8 and it would ruin him. Lots of variables to consider.

If teams thought there was a good chance he would be ready just by sitting a year or two, he'd be long gone.

 

How about spiking balls and doing a first down dance with the clock running and the game on the line? Yeah super mature.

I did JUST say he was a Top 15 talent minimum prior to injury. Team seems to agree.
