Uh, yeah, okay. Something like that. :hmmm:

And to show you that I'm not totally biased against Wallace, his catch and run against the Giants and his between the knees catch against the Chiefs were probably game turners, if not game winners. In other games this year Wallace has been a non-factor and has proven what we all believe, that his hands are very suspect (multiple drop games against the Eagles and Skins) and unless he can trap the ball against his body he has issues at times. And even though that late pass that Leftwich threw to Wallace was low and at his feet, Wallace didn't seem to make much of an effort to try to catch the ball. If he wants to be the GREAT WR that he already considers himself to be, he needs to develop more consistency.

When Cotch went down I was thinking that Gilreath would be left wide open and he's taller than the other receivers.

I had this vision in my head of a no-name rookie catching the winning touchdown after being wide open. Alas, our ailing "canon" couldn't get it there even though he set and heaved it.

I disagree that's not a easy catch the defender was right on him Wallace didn't have much room he said was too concerned about making the catch Leftwich threw the ball too far to the sideline.

Wide freaking open! So painful. Even if they didn't score a TD, that instantly put them in fg range. Painful just painful.

No need talking about that fade pass, receiver 101, wallace didnt drag his left foot, if you want to talk about a really tight fade pass how about the one Ben threw to Tone in the superbowl, two tippy toes in the endzone, wallace had plenty of room to drag his left foot, bottom line he DIDNT.............

Not saying this cost us the game or anything - but I'm still fuming over the off-sides call before the 2:00 warning. The replay clearly showed the right guard of the Ravens moving first - yet - Collinsworth used his magic pencil to point out the two STEELERS jumping. He said NOTHING about the guard. I kept rewinding to watch it over and over again. That was a REALLY bad call at a very crucial time.

How about the 'tripping' call on Foote?! Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't you have to make contact to actually 'trip' someone??

Ridiculous. I can't remember if it was Collingsworth or Michaels that said, 'he may not have tripped anyone, but he was trying to'. LMAO.

Can't work out if this is sarcastic. While I appreciate we're all a bit upset, I thought a bit more of you after all these years, Busman.

I'm sure I speak for the rest of the males on this board when I say this is a relief (as long as his avatar doesn't change...)

The tripping call I can somewhat (though certainly not completely) understand because of the crush of bodies, etc. Depending on the angle I can see how an official may have thought it was a trip. But how in the hell can you see the two Steelers jump the snap but not see the obvious flinch by the right guard. They were responding to that flinch - plain and simple. I cannot Collinsworth just pointed out the Steelers jump - never even mentioning what drew them off.

Which reminds me. If a guy says something sucks - is he saying it is good or bad? I could never figure that out.

Coach Yawn and his ST Coach needs to go, enough of the standard is the standard talk, the fans want and deserve a consistantly tough and competitive team, not a team where we hold our collective breaths to see who shows up to play. This team is being shoved all over the field for the most part. Chuck Noll would of have taught, Cowher would of have spit all over the non hackers. Coach Yawn has no clue what to do....ENOUGH.
